Please note, only select rooms are designated pet-friendly and therefore we require notice before you and your four-legged traveller arrive.

Paw Policy

• The hotel has specific pet-friendly rooms
• A pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, on top of your accommodation payment
• The pre-authorisation is released at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred
• The additional pre-authorisation is not applicable to guests with guide dogs or assistance animals

Paw Update

In January 2020 our apartment-style accommodation provided relief to evacuees from the devastating Bushfire’s, including those with pets - this is when we got the idea for the Paw Policy! Over the course of January Pacific Suites Canberra also had a collection point at reception for WIRES Australian Wildlife Rescue Organisation.
