My family and I are from Mallacoota and made the tough decision to evacuate to Canberra with the fires. Accomodation was scarce with also having the fires along the South Coast and having everyone moving to ACT. Pacific Suites through Facebook kindly offered people who were evacuated to Canberra with the fires free accomodation including us. Pacific we can not thank you enough. You not only allowed us a place to stay and sleep, put you allowed our dog in due to the circumstances and you didn’t accept any payment. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you greatly. You have no idea how much we appreciate this during such a terrible and stressful situation. Thank you.

Fabulous customer service, nice place to stay, good location. The customer service was helpful and friendly - they were OVER and above to make sure I was happy. They made me feel special. Parking there too, free (for direct bookings). Rooms are great, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay there overall. Five Stars.l I highly recommend.

Amazing generosity from this hotel that took us in when we had to evacuate. The rooms are very spacious and super comfy beds with everything that you need. It has a pool and is very close to the shop and bars/restaurants within walking distance.
